ASU Guardhouse

This Historic Restoration involved returning the former Guardhouse of the United States Arsenal in Augusta to its period of significance. The renovation scope involved abatement of lead paint and asbestos, rebuilding the original masonry crenellations, restoring the original porch, rebuilding the original windows and interior wainscotting, installing 100-year-old Heart Pine wood flooring, updating Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems, stabilizing and repointing the structure, and replacing the roof.
