Central Energy Plant Expansion

To fit the context of its site, this two-story Addition took cues from the original 14,000 SF building and matched the brick pilaster and cornice detailing of the exterior facade. The major features of the Addition included new Support and Office Spaces, a New Electric Boiler, a new Chiller and Pumps, and an Upgraded Cooling Tower.
