Studio B Renovations

This Historic Renovation, at Augusta State University, involved interior and exterior improvements to turn a small building into office space. Construction scope included lead-based paint abatement, roof repair, new downspouts, new interior finishes, new doors and hardware, and updated M/E/P systems.
